Today marked a huge milestone in serving the people of East Roane County. Roane County Government/Roane County Office of Emergency Services cut the ribbon on Roane County’s East Ambulance Station on Gallaher Road on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. This ambulance station will reduce response times to areas east and north of the Tennessee River including portions of Oak Ridge which have never been served by Roane County EMS . This station will also house a fire truck to assist volunteer fire departments in the east portion of Roane County. Thank you to all that came out to help us officially open this much needed station.
